Last week, you chose a healthcare topic that interests you, conducted research into this topic, and completed an outline to organize your information in a clear and logical manner. This week, you will begin drafting your article, starting with the introduction paragraph. Remember, your introduction paragraph includes three main parts: hook, background information, and thesis statement. All three of these elements must be present to have an effective introduction paragraph.
